Job Description

Welcome to Baca Consulting Group! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment

Objectives:

  • Provide administrative support to the team

Qualifications:
