Empire Elite Marketing is an AT&T authorized retailer in the Fresno area and we are currently looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our growing retail team as a Direct Marketing Specialist. We specialize in executing direct sales and marketing events that help our clients grow their brand awareness and customer base.
As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting everyday customers with technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!
Direct Marketing Specialist Daily Duties:
Work directly with customers at in-store events, representing our clients within our retail partners.
Engage with shoppers, share information about products, services, and promotions, and answer any questions customers may have.
Guide customers through the sales process, making product recommendations that meet their needs.
Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and drive results.
Attend daily meetings to stay updated on the latest client and product information, and to continue improving your sales and marketing skills.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
