POSITION SUMMARY:

If so, we need you on our team as our Director of Operations to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance across our Guest Services, Maintenance , and Housekeeping teams. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-level strategy, process optimization, and team leadership - ensuring every department runs smoothly, proactively, and at peak performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and optimize Guest Services, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams, ensuring seamless operations, high performance, and a best-in-class guest experience.
  • Drive operational efficiency by refining processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team effectiveness and response times.
  • Analyze performance metrics across departments, using data-driven insights to identify trends, implement solutions, and optimize overall operations.
  • Develop and execute high-level strategies to improve guest satisfaction, review scores, and revenue performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory management, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the future of CVP’s operations, scaling systems, and infrastructure to support long-term growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience property management or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years leading teams of 10+ people.
  • Proven success managing Guest Services & Operations for 200+ properties (preferred), with expertise in property maintenance, cleaning, and inventory workflows.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategies, optimize processes, and drive results.
  • Data-driven decision-maker skilled in analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Proficient in OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO), property management systems, and tools like Guesty, Breezeway, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Charleston short-term rental market is a plus, with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities, with a passion for mentoring, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus up to $125,000 OTE.
