This unique opportunity allows you to be prepared with a seasoned agent who will show you the ropes on how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your book of business. • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
• Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly
• Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent
• Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals
• Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business
• Handle customer inquiries
• Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
• Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed
• Candidates must clear a background check
• One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial
• Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License
