Our company is searching for a Human Resources intern for the 2025 year.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting the Human Resource department in data entry, filing, and organization.
Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, composing letters and other documents related to HR activities.
Process personnel forms and maintain records to ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
Support recruiting activities
Gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development.
Support HR Projects and Initiatives.
Requirements Must be currently enrolled student, sophomore level or above, pursuing degree in a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment.
Basic understanding of labor laws.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Work Environment: This job is performed in an office and heavy manufacturing environment.
