Join Our Team as an Injection Molding Equipment Specialist!

Are you a skilled mechanic passionate about maintaining mechanical systems? At ConMet in Canton, NC, we have the perfect opportunity for you. As an Injection Molding Equipment Specialist, you'll be ensuring the smooth operation of our essential injection molding and assembly equipment overnight.

Your Role Includes:

• Tackling maintenance and repair challenges on mechanical equipment.
• Creating and installing mechanical parts with precision.
• Executing vital preventative maintenance tasks.
• Collaborating closely with your team for seamless operations.
• Upholding safety standards, including NFPA 70E Arc Flash PPE.

What We’re Looking For:

• Training from college or trade school is beneficial.
• Experience as a maintenance mechanic? That’s a plus! Otherwise, a good grasp of mechanical concepts is key.
• Ability to decipher technical manuals and blueprints.
• Skillful use of hand and power tools is essential.
• Knowledge of both high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Bonus points for PLC programming or experience in hydraulics!
• Eagerness to master forklift and high-lift operations safely.
