We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Supervisor at its 1400 Northgate Facility located in Irving, Texas.
Summary
Reporting to an Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be a “Proven Leader” who will supervise not only the shipping, receiving and production filling functions, but will also oversee the equipment refurbishment team for a dynamic and ever changing distribution facility. Position will also contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

Responsibilities and experience:
Manage hourly associates in warehouse and equipment production (timecards, disciplinary, etc.)
Supervise equipment refurbishment process
Supervise receiving, order pulling, filling, and freight checking
Perform departmental inspections
Work on streamlining processes in warehouse and equipment refurbishment for efficient work flows
Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering degree preferred
2 years of production supervision experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
