• Become a Mercedes-Benz product expert including detailed operational knowledge of all user interfaces and technologies within every Mercedes-Benz vehicle that we sell, service, and purchase
• Communicate with clients in person, on the phone, and via email and text, with an energetic attitude
• Scheduling clients and prospective clients for deliveries
• Provide an extensive, customer-centered product delivery experience through explaining complex product features and assisting customers in setting up and maintaining their vehicle’s features
• Support sales consultants with product-related tasks
• Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate data is entered into our Sales Management System and CRM
• Leverage social media to market new and used vehicle inventory

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator with a high acumen for customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz products
• Be highly skilled in learning and adapting to new technology
• Possess confidence in utilizing social media
• Ensure a calm demeanor with customers in stressful situations
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
