About the role

Twelve Labs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data by leveraging our multimodal video foundation models. Our go-to-market team is dedicated to driving the adoption of these powerful models by helping customers power use cases.

As the Sr. Strategic Partner Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our go-to-market and ecosystem strategy. This is a unique opportunity to design and grow the partnership ecosystem at Twelve Labs. The Sr. Strategic Partner Manager will play a key role in building our channel development strategy from the ground up and will play a key role in driving revenue.

The Sr. Strategic Partner Manager should have deep experience building and growing channel partnerships with large infrastructure players such as cloud providers, data platforms and systems integrators. This role will also be tasked with owning the partner marketing strategy for Twelve Labs’ new and existing channel partners.

The ideal candidate brings both a high level of experience building channel infrastructure and has a track record of growing channel revenue across multiple large scale partners. They must also be highly collaborative and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Research. This person must thrive in ambiguous environments and get excited about the prospect of going where no one has gone before.

In this role, you will

  • Grow and manage our existing partner network and channel partner ecosystem. 

  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the partner’s organization.

  • Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and the Twelve Labs’ internal sales leadership to define processes and handoffs.

  • Manage the partner driven sales pipeline and report on channel revenue using the Twelve Labs CRM.

  • Design and own the partner marketing strategy with each ecosystem partner and work closely with the Twelve Labs Product Marketing team to execute.

  • Build and maintain the feedback loop between partners, sales and the internal Twelve Labs product and Engineering team.

You may be a good fit if you have

  • 6+ years of enterprise partnerships, business development and channel/alliance management

  • Demonstrated the ability to create and grow a channel sales pipeline and drive complex deals to completion.

  • Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) a plus

  • Deep curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities, but can make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, where you learn and iterate quickly to find the right path to success.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
