Job Title: Entry-Level Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid & Onsite - Pennsylvania

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, and US Citizens only

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in data and a background or exposure to IT to kickstart their career in data analytics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, eager to learn, and ready to support data-driven decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Assist in developing reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Support data quality checks and validation processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Document processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and concisely
Participate in ad-hoc data projects and initiatives as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
0-2 years of experience in data analysis or IT-related roles
Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or any data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Basic understanding of databases and data management concepts
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Information:

Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. (GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, or US Citizen)
Must be open to working onsite or hybrid from one of the following locations: Pennsylvania, Florida, or Maryland
W2 contract position (no C2C or third-party candidates)
