Job Description

Our client is looking for Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join their dynamic organization committed to making a real difference in the Lancaster community! * Dedication to helping clients create a plan of care to reach attainable goals.
* At least one year of experience working with adolescents, adults and families.
* Knowledge of evidence-based best practices, trauma informed therapy and client-centered treatment.
* Passion for working with the underserved in our community.

Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Creative Arts in Therapy, etc.)
* Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
* SUPERVISION offered by our Therapy Director can support those who are graduating and need their final hours for licensure such as an MSW etc.
