Your Mission

• Perform extensive product inspections to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
• Leverage GD&T methodologies to interpret product specifications and tolerances.
• Detect and meticulously record any non-compliant products, in line with our processes.
• Skillfully interpret blueprints and complex technical drawings.
• Commit to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and our quality management systems deeply.
• Manage inspection records and quality control documentation utilizing advanced quality control software.
• Apply precise measurement techniques using devices like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
• Work cohesively with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and enhance our procedures.
• Engage in internal audits and facilitate ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification endeavors.
• Draft comprehensive reports and communicate your findings to management and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Rich experience in quality inspections, ideally in a production setting.
• Expertise in GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Background in ISO 13485 and 9001 certification pathways.
• Solid grounding in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel and sophisticated quality control systems.
• Mastery of precision devices like gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Unwavering attention to detail paired with keen analytical abilities.
